SECTION 1: Domestic Shipping Policy (Singapore)
PART A: Shipment processing time
All domestic and local orders are processed within 3 working days excluding weekends and public holidays.
During seasonal periods, typically June and November to January, we may experience high volume of orders and as such, processing time may take longer.
PART B: Shipping rates and delivery estimates
For all purchases S$10.00 and below per transaction, a shipping fee of $5.00 will be added.
For all purchases above S$10.00 per transaction, you will be entitled to Free shipping to any domestic/local address.
From time to time, we may run Free shipping promotion which will entitle you Free shipping to any domestic/local address.
We reserve the right to update the shipping rate without notification.
PART C: Shipment method Estimated delivery time Shipment cost
All domestic/local delivery are by Singpost smartpac and/or our delivery partner.
All delivery by smartpac may take up to 3 working days or longer after shipment processing time.
Please check your physical letterbox for your orders.
For bulky items, we will utilise door to door delivery.
PART D: Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once your order is processed, we will send you a shipment confirmation by your registered e-mail.
This shipment confirmation may include a tracking number when available.
PART E: Damages
Oddstash Freestyle Scooter Shop and its operator, KarLaTech Pte Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
